So, 2013.  Just another number really.  I wonder if anyone else is noticing that the world seems to be spiraling out of control on every front.  Be it political, domestic, familial, nutrition, religious, economic, educational, environmental, health.  Perhaps it is time that we stopped trying to address each of these issues as separate and see them as all delicately interwoven and connected.  As the west gathers momentum toward chaos, the other inhabitants of this precious planet seem to be craving what the west has.  Seeing the good things that it may hold for them and none of the bad.  STOP!  We are doing it so wrong.  The really scary thing is that it hasn't taken us long to get here.  I really wonder if we will make it to the next number : 2014?
